Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through our payment provider, Polar.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your existing data is preserved, but analytics retention will be clamped to your new plan's limit. Servers and hostnames beyond the limit will remain but you won't be able to create new ones.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Starter plan is free forever with generous limits. You can upgrade when you need more capacity.
How does the Enterprise plan work?
Enterprise plans are custom-tailored. Contact us on Discord to discuss your needs and we'll put together a plan that works for your network.
